Facials are commonly considered a luxury which in our eyes they’re not. They’re a NECESSITY! If you want to feel and look great adding a facial is a must in your new way of life. Cleansers, serums, botanicals, masks, creams and exfoliants are products used during our facials to achieve firm, even-toned, glowing more youthful skin. There is also a massage of the face, shoulders and arms that are included to improve relaxation and stimulate toxin drainage of the face and neck into the lymphatic system. Relaxation is a big part of a facial, but not the only benefit!

DO I REALLY NEED TO WEAR SUNSCREEN DAILY?
The #1 question we are asked is, “If you could tell me one product to prevent aging, what would it be?” Our answer is ALWAYS, “Sunscreen.” We cannot emphasize it enough! Rain, sunshine or snow, you should always use sunscreen during the day. The suns aging rays are always present. Mineral based sunscreen is a must and our favorites are the R+F Recharge sunscreen, Truth Treatments ZnO Block, and EltaMD Sunscreen are our go-to products. Keep in mind, one can get a more intense sunburn from water or snow reflections than just sun alone. Save yourself from aging!
IT’S MY VERY FIRST FACIAL.
Facials are available in 60 and 90 minute appointment availability. If you are coming glammed up and with your hair just done, please note, we’re going to mess it up! During a facial, your makeup will be removed, hair in a head band, and jewelry removed.
WHAT DOES “CUSTOMIZED FACIAL” MEAN?
A Customized Facial means we will decide on your treatment based on your skin type and condition. We will also determine the best products to use. We cleanse your skin according its type and treat for its condition. We only have one price for facials as they’re entirely customized to you so you get the most for your money!
I HAVE ETHNIC SKIN. DO YOU HAVE FACIAL PRODUCTS FOR THAT?
It does not matter! Facials cleanse the skin according to type and treat for the condition. ANYONE and EVERYONE can get a facial!
CAN I GET A FACIAL IF I’M PREGNANT?
Yes. Your hormones are all over the place and your skin probably is as well. As the baby grows, we’ll adjust the head of the bed so that you are not lying flat on your back for an extended period.
WHAT IS A PEEL AND HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED A PEEL SERIES?
A peel is a step up and is designed to reveal radiant skin. We have the Enzyme peel (good for even the most sensitive skin)and a Jessner’s Peel.
Enzyme peels are composed of fruit enzymes and have many of the same results as chemical peels without the harshness and downtime. Similar to a chemical peel, enzyme peels exfoliate the skin by removing dead skin cells while nourishing the new layer of skin it leaves behind.
A Jessner’s peel is a type of chemical peel to improve the appearance of your skin. Like other chemical peels, a Jessner’s peel breaks down the surface layer of skin. The cells die off and slough away after the peel. These peels are effective at reducing the appearance of dark spots, fine lines, and acne scars.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET A FACIAL?
Facial frequency depends on the condition of your skin and what your skin goals are. It could be anywhere from once a month to once a week. Also, it’s important to maintain your at-home skin care regime. The best results come about when we work together on your skin care goals and needs. We can’t wash your face everyday for you, so get in that bathroom, nourish your skin and let us maintain it! CAN I WEAR MAKEUP AFTER A FACIAL?
Yes, you can and you’ll still have your post facial glow even with makeup.

Dermaplaning is an advanced skincare service to lightly shave of the vellus hair and dead skin to reveal baby smooth skin!
CAN I WEAR MAKEUP AFTER DERMAPLANING?
No. The skin is more delicate than usual after dermaplaning which can make it more irritable. Give your skin about a 24 hour break before applying makeup.
